The Midnight Path Society consists of dedicated advocates, survivors, and professionals committed to assisting individuals who have experienced exploitation, abuse, or unethical practices within the substance use recovery and mental health treatment systems.
Our leaders are an established group of advocates surrounding patient brokering, healthcare related fraud, and social justice. We possess a deep understanding of patient brokering practices. Including how the bad players operate, and the impact these fraudulent practices have on individuals and communities.
Our diverse group of advocates and volunteers possess empathy and compassion for all individuals affected by patient brokering. We recognize the challenges victims and survivors face, the importance of assisting them to safety, and seeking justice. All members of our organization possess awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences, diverse perspectives, and the unique needs of various communities affected by patient brokering.
