Empowering Survivors
Patient brokering is an illegal practice that preys on people struggling with chaotic substance use and other marginalized populations. This exploitation has led to harmful consequences for the individuals involved, including receiving inappropriate or ineffective treatment, financial manipulation, and perpetuation of addiction.
We are a dedicated team of advocates, survivors, and professionals committed to assisting individuals who have experienced exploitation, abuse, or unethical practices within the substance use recovery and mental health treatment systems.
We are working hard to provide a platform for advocacy, awareness-raising, and support services for individuals affected by patient brokering. If you or someone you know has been a victim of patient brokering, we are here to help.
